The City issued RFP 10-209B Request for Proposal for Integrated Municipal ERP System Solution on June 23, 2010 and received six (6) responses. New World Systems and Tyler Technologies were short listed by the Evaluation Committee. The ERP Steering Committee determined to complete due diligence with Tyler Technologies and has worked closely with Plante Moran, the City's consultants, and Tyler Technologies to develop a comprehensive Statement of Work and to negotiate a competitive price to complete the General Government ERP project. The contract price for the General Government ERP (Financials, Payroll/HR, Tax and Utility Billing, Business License, and Work Orders), Debt and Investment Management (Sympro), and Court Software is $2,521,648.
