Item Summary:
This is a request for the City Administrator to pre-approve the use of the impact fee credits for system improvements, for authorization to enter into a private agreement for construction in excess of impact fees, and for reimbursement of the excess and credit for the impact fee in return for the donation of right of way and construction of improvements that widen and improve a bottleneck in the effective streets network as authorized by Zoning Ordinance Section 24.3.10(c).
The right of way dedication total is 0.192 acres along Pine Grove and Lake Charles Drive. The transportation impact fee for the five (5) lot subdivision would be $808.40.
