This Ordinance amends the November 16, 2009 Mayor and Council Ordinance and totally bans smoking within City of Roswell parks.

Committee or Staff Recommendation:

On May 4, 2010 the Administration and Finance & Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this item on the May 17, 2010 Mayor and Council Agenda.  On May 17, 2010 Mayor and Council approved the first reading of the Ordinance amended to become effective 60 days after the passing of the Ordinance.
