Item Summary:
On February 14, 2011, the Mayor and City Council approved a resolution to reallocate funds from two completed Roswell CDBG projects totaling $156,247.43 to the Arts Village Infrastructure project for the purpose of demolishing the Oxbo Apartments and for site work related to infrastructure improvements.
The remaining $156,247.43 in the 2011 CDBG grant following the completion of the two Roswell CDBG projects is as follows:
1) Opal and Thomas Drive Waterline project in the amount of $153,435.55
2) Sway Branch Infrastructure project in the amount of $2,811.88
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On June 29, 2011 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 11, 2011 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
If approved then Project Number 11GRA008 will be established in Cost Center 7324G1 with an available balance of $156,247.43 in Account #521400.
