Item Summary:
Fulton County owns and operates the 800 MHz radio system used by the City of Roswell Transportation, Community Development, Fire and Police Departments.  Fulton County is requiring a charge of $172.58 per radio to use the system.  The City of Roswell currently has approximately 600 radios on the Fulton system.  The approval of payment not to exceed $103,548 is for the term of January 1, 2010 - December 31, 2010.  The MOU is for a term of three (3) years ending December 31, 2013.

Financial Impact:
Funding in the amount of $160,000 was added to Cost Center 321A and Account 523210 during the budget amendment in November.  Funds for the $103,548 contract are currently available.
