Background
The applicant is requesting to revise the elevations of a previously approved (DRB10-30) new building due to a change in the corporate model. The site is currently vacant.

Elevations
The building will be brick with stacked stone columns. There will be a 'buckskin' EIFS parapet with a dark bronze cap. The roof is metal that will be dark bronze in color. There will be entrance doors on the front and right elevations with additional windows surrounding the front entrance. There will also be yellow metal awnings on the front, right and left elevations.
Applicant will bring color and materials samples to the meeting.
Design Guidelines
The site is regulated by the Parkway Village design guidelines.
