Item Summary:
The MOU between the City of Roswell and the FCSD addresses permitting, inspection and land development activity fees for capital construction projects that will take place over the next five (5) years. The City of Roswell will be responsible for site plan review and issuance of the land disturbance permit. The FCSD will pay the City of Roswell for land disturbance permits. The FCSD will be responsible for their plan reviews and construction related inspections through third party contracts.
