Item Summary:
Chapter 15, Section 15.2 of the Roswell Code of Ordinances is reserved for Film and Photography Permitting. Currently the City charges $100 for an annual photo permit and $250 per film project. This amendment provides for a $50 one time portrait/scenic photography permit and a $100 annual portrait/scenic photography permit. All large scale film and photo projects will be charged $250 per project.

On December 23, 2013, Mayor and Council approved the First Reading of the Ordinance.
Financial Impact:
Film and photography permit revenues are deposited in the General Fund Photo and Film Fees Account 10000000-322905, the City budgeted $15,000 for FY 2014 for these revenues.
