Item Summary:
The Fulton County School District (FCSD) has purchased the property on both sides of Lake Drive for the construction of a new elementary school.  The FSCD is requesting that the City of Roswell abandon a portion of Lake Drive Right of Way in the amount of 15,062 SF in exchange for a 10.5 foot wide Right of Way of 15,666 SF to provide for a future 10-foot multi-use path approximately 1,492 feet in length along Hog Wallow Creek. The path will eventually connect to Waller Park along this and other trail easements. The City of Roswell is responsible to construct and maintain the trail.
