Item Summary:
The MNGWPD was created in 2001 to protect water quality of streams and ensure an adequate supply of safe drinking water. The City is a partner in the Districts efforts to secure Federal Appropriations through Holland & Knight (H&K). H&K secured $31,460 for Roswell in FY2009 and $10,000 in FY2010, which is presently awaiting the Presidents signature.
The attached list of projects are due to MNGWPD by January 31, 2010.

Staff recommends approval.
Financial Impact:
