Resolution for a Change in Scope of 2010 CDBG Funds

Action Required:
Staff requests that the committee approve a resolution to be brought to the February 8 Mayor and City Council meeting authorizing a change in grant scope to include other utility (electric, gas, phone and cable) and transportation infrastructure.
Description:
On September 3, 2008, the Roswell City Council approved an application for 2010 CDBG funds to provide infrastructure improvements in the area then known as the Arts Village neighborhood (currently known as the Grove Way Community). The application for $462,448 was to provide water and storm water improvements in the neighborhood. There are other ready-to-proceed infrastructure projects in the Grove Way Community that do not involve water or storm water utilities.
