Item Summary:
This budget amendment will appropriate $75,000 from the Impact Fee Fund to add the roof system to the new stage and pavilion. In addition to the roof system, this will include a new electrical system with lighting and electrical receptacles and other necessary electrical needs.
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On April 12, 2010 the Administration and Finance & Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this item on the April 19, 2010 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
$317,047 is currently available in Recreation and Parks Impact Fees (unallocated fund balance). This improvement is part of the Roswell Riverwalk development project identified in the current Capital Improvement Element (CIE) update to the Comprehensive Plan. Upon approval of this Budget Amendment, the total approved budget for this project will be $155,000.
