Item Summary:
Both of these capital projects will be completed in part using cured-in-place pipe lining. The additional costs for temporary access easement, upstream and downstream headwall repairs and design costs have increased the total costs of these projects. This will complete all drainage repairs and upstream and downstream headwall repairs.

On April 12, 2010 the Public Safety & Public Works Committee recommended placing this item on the April 19, 2010 Mayor and Council Agenda.
 
Financial Impact:
Upon approval of the Budget Amendment, for Elkins: $100,000 is available in 7110CP-541200-10ENV002 (Warsaw Road Culvert Project) This will complete all drainage repairs and upstream and downstream headwall repairs. For the Spring Ridge project $50,000 is available from remaining funds from completed stormwater projects. This will complete all headwall repairs. The new Warsaw Road project budget will be $25,000.
