Item Summary:

The Police Department requests authorization to apply for Jail Enforcement Officer training from the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement under section 287 g of the Immigration and Nationality Act. If approved, the intent is to send six Roswell detention officers for training. The training is four weeks in duration and is conducted in Charleston, S.C.
