A used car lot currently located on Alpharetta Highway is interested in relocating to the Holcomb Bridge Road location. Because the Holcomb Bridge Road location has been vacant for more than 3 months, the business owner must apply for a conditional use for this location and the process will take approximately 4 months. A expedited process if approved would take approximately x months.
