The electronic incident management system with an automated firefighter accountability system is a computer based system that will enable the Fire Department to track all firefighters on an emergency incident and replace the manual system currently used.  This system provides for firefighter safety and accountability in a catastrophic event on an emergency scene (i.e., a building collapses or a mayday call from a firefighter) by identifying the location of firefighting crews.

This estimated cost of the system is $103,975.   A 20% City match is required in the amount of $20,795.  The application deadline is May 28, 2010.
