Invitation to bid # 10-084-M was issued and five bids were received ranging from $49,750 to $73,500. P.E. Structures/Artlantic, Inc. was the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $49,750. The scope of work is for the demolition, replumbing and replacement of existing plumbing fixtures in the Detention Center. The City is replacing older porcelain fixtures with stainless steel for safety and durability.
