Item Summary:

The adoption of the new ordinance is mandated by the State of Georgia and must be adopted by July 1, 2010 to maintain the City's Local Issuing Authority. The new ordinance is based upon the Final Model Ordinance dated July 1, 2009 provided by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC).
