The Community Choices Implementation program provides technical assistance from the Atlanta Regional Commission to help communities develop tools to implement local planning goals. This application for technical assistance will address senior/lifelong living and workforce housing in the “Arts Village” area adjacent to Waller Park.

On February 25, 2009 the Community Development & Transportation Committee recommended placing this item on the March 2, 2009 Mayor and Council Agenda.
