As part of the City's ongoing efforts to promote sustainability, the Green Hair Contest was sponsored by the Sustainability Task Force. Funds raised from the contest will be used to purchase compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) for the April 22, 2009 light bulb exchange program in conjunction with Earth Day.
