During the August meeting, the applicant requested a deferral. The applicant has submitted a new plan for his structure.
 
The applicant was issued a citation in May of 2009 for having built a structure in his front yard. Chapter 10.4(a) of the Roswell Zoning Ordinance that structures may only be in the side or rear yards. That applicant is asking to Board of Zoning Appeals to vary this section of the ordinance so that the structure can stay.
