Item Summary:

On September 8, 2009 the Board of Zoning Appeals agreed to re-hear the case at the request of the Assistant City Attorney.  The next hearing will be October 13, 2009.

 

The applicants were issued a citiation for building an accessory structure too close to the property lines in May 2009. Chapter 10.4(c) of th Roswell Zoning Ordinance states that accessory structures must be at least 10 feet from the property lines. The structure is roughly one foot away from the poperty line and the applicants are requesting that the Board of Zoning Appeals vary Chapter 10.4(c) to allow the structure to stay.
