Item Summary:
The applicants are interested in purchasing an existing building for a use that requires more parking. To comply with the parking requirements the applicants would need to build parking spaces inside part of one of the landscaping strips. Table 6.2 of the Roswell Zoning Ordinance requires a landscape buffer of at least 10 feet. The applicants are requesting that the Board of Zoning Appeals vary this requirement as shown on the proposed site plan (see attached).
