Description:

Staff has been working over the past several months to seek support of the SR 9/South Atlanta Street corridor project with Georgia DOT and other stakeholders. Staff is still actively pursuing the $3 million earmark to apply it towards as much of the total project as possible.  The next step is to formally seek public comments on the proposed concept.  Staff proposes having a Public Information Meeting sometime in October or November 2009.
