Staff Report:

The applicant is requesting a variance to the setback rear setback.  The applicant currently has a back patio that they wish to turn into a screened-in deck.  The plat of the subdivision shows a 50 foot setback from the property line.  This was due to the fact that the rear properties were once zoned for single family homes.  Multi-family homes have since been built on the properties.

 

The City has received no negative or positive response for the application.
