Staff Report:
The applicant is proposing to change Blue Fire Grill into a seafood restaurant and have the outside design reflect the change. The proposed changes to the outside of the building are as follows:
 
· Add lighthouse feature to the entrance of the restaurant
· Paint the brick an off-white to match the lighthouse
