Staff Report:
After taking over the Andretti Indoor Karting and Game facility in May of 2009, the applicant made changes to both the building and the site without going through the design review process. The applicant made the following changes:
· Cleared overgrown brush near the front entrance
· Removed Bradford Pears on south side of building and replanted with new trees
· Painted the front a darker grey and brighter white than what was previously approved
· Continued checker flag painting to south side of building
The applicant is now seeking the Design Review Boards approval of these changes.
