Staff Report:
The applicant is proposing to revise the previously approved elevations for one (1) of the eight (8) remaining buildings. If the applicants models are successful, there is potential for all of the remaining units to match the proposed elevations.
The applicant is proposing to alter the previously approved elevations. Previously approved elevations were for two story townhomes, but the applicant is proposing three story townhomes to match the existing townhomes. All of the proposed units are front-entrance units. The proposed elevations match existing units by consisting mostly of brick with siding accents, but differing from existing units with varied window placements, having multiple siding colors and not having dormers.
