Title
HPC10-02, Bulloch Hall, 180 Bulloch Ave.,
Body
Item Summary:
Applicant is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Bulloch Hall Dogtrot Cabin

Staff Report:
The applicants proposal is for the reconstruction of a slave cabin at Bulloch Hall. The location of the building was approved on the master plan in July. The design and location of the building is based on historic accounts of what existed historically. The 1,246 square feet cabin will be temporarily utilized as office space by Bulloch Hall staff. The proposed building will be converted for interpretive use in the future. The lean-to portion of the cabin is designed for immediate office use but will be removed in the future when the cabin is no longer needed for office space.
