Staff Report:
The applicants proposal is to construct a 2,000 square foot storage building. A trailer currently exists on the site but will be removed for the construction of the storage building. The new building features roll up wood garage doors, six over six double-hung windows and doors on all elevations. The proposed materials include board and batten siding and architectural shingles for the roof. The applicant has also proposed a landscape plan for the front area of the existing office building.
