Staff Report:
The applicant would like to add a 2,880 square foot storage building to their property. The building would store baseball equipment but would also be used for batting practice during inclement weather. The building will be located behind the baseball field.
Site Plan Analysis
The site plan shows the location of the proposed building. There are no other changes to the site.
Landscape Plan Analysis
There are no changes to the landscaping.
Elevations
The elevations show a 16 foot tall, 32x90 foot metal building. The front of the building will have a large metal door. The roof of the building will be a dark blue.
The applicant will bring building materials to the meeting.
Design Guidelines
The site is regulated by the City wide design guidelines.
Recommended Conditions
· Staff recommends that this application be approved.
