Background
The applicant is requesting to update some façade features of a shopping center as well as a façade renovation of one side of an out-parcel building.
Site Plan Analysis
No change.
Landscape Plan Analysis
No change.
Elevations
The shopping center renderings show changes to the signage band, addition of stacked stone to the base of the columns and addition of three new rounded parapets. The out-parcel building will also have some stacked stone added to the corners of the façade. The base of the building will be painted red and the top half of the building will become beige stucco. The applicant intends for the other three sides and awning to remain unchanged.
The applicant will bring building materials and color samples to the meeting.
