Background
The applicant is requesting to construct 18 new townhomes in an existing townhome development.

Elevations
The townhomes will be two-story buildings with an offset garage in the front. The door has a covered porch supported by two columns. The front elevations of the townhomes will vary but will consist of brick, stone, shake, and siding in various combinations and colors. The rear and sides will be siding and the rear will have a covered patio or wood deck.
The applicant will bring building materials and color samples to the meeting.
