Staff Report:
Background
The applicant is requesting to renovate the façade of an existing building and add an addition to the rear. The applicant also intends to update the landscaping, add overhead doors and a fence in the rear. The current building has a front façade that wraps around partially on both sides that was used as a show room. The rest of the building was used for storage.
Site Plan Analysis
No change to site plan.
Landscape Plan Analysis
The landscape plan shows addition of Laurel Oak and Foster Holly, as well as shrubs including bamboo and Carissa Holly.
Elevations
The front façade will consist of two colors of brick and glass. Above the brick and glass will be a white EIFS. The warehouse portion of the building will be painted to match the EIFS and there will be new overhead doors.
The applicant will bring materials and color samples to the meeting.
Recommended Conditions
