The applicant received approval for a hand car wash on his property. The applicant is now asking to add a canopy for the cars and staff. The canopy will be roughly 14 x 20 feet.

The canopy will have columns and a roof that will match the color and material of the existing building. The canopy will also have side panels that will be tan or clear.
Design Guidelines
The site is regulated by the Citywide design guidelines.
The applicant will bring color and material samples to the meeting.

Staff recommends that this applicant be approved with staff comments.
