Staff Report:

The applicant is requesting to build a gazebo in the oval flower bed located on the right back side of the property.  The dimensions of the gazebo are 11'6" in diameter and 10.5' tall at its highest point.  It is made of powder-coated tubular steel which will deter rust.  The columns are 3 inches and are anchored to the ground with metal pins.
