Staff Report:
Background
The applicant is recently rezoned the above property to O-P from residential. They are requesting approval for a new roof, enclosing the car port and some paint and landscaping work. They will also be required to add parking, ADA accessibility and white fence per Parkway Village Guidelines.
Site Plan Analysis
The site plans show the location of the current building and the proposed location of the new parking and detention areas.
Landscape Plan Analysis
The plan shows the addition of Virginia Pine, Japanese Cryptomeria, American Holly, Cedar and Emerald Green Arborvitea as well as other shrubs.
Elevations
The front elevation shows the enclosure of the car port to match existing material. Applicant has also proposed to add red standing seam roof.
Applicant will bring color board and material samples to the meeting.
Design Guidelines
The site is regulated by the Parkway Village design guidelines.
Recommended Conditions
Staff recommends that this applicant be approved with staff comments for building permit.
