Background
This applicant is requesting to renovate the façade of an existing gas station. The current station has a garage with large bay doors. The applicant intends to enclose these doors and use the space as retail.

The building will be grey stucco with a brick base on the front and sides. The front elevation shows the stucco to have a block pattern with glass double doors in the center and large windows through most of the exterior.
