The 2012 HOME Grant award is $129,319 including grant match. Funding priorities include the certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) which is North Georgia Community Housing Development Corporation (NGCHDC) an affiliate organization of Habitat for Humanity Central Georgia in the amount of $45,989 and the Roswell Housing Authority in the amount of $50,000. Funds for administration to the City of Roswell and Cobb County as the grant administrators are $10,666 and the City match of $22,664.
The $50,000 2012 HOME funds allocated to the Roswell Housing Authority for redevelopment of the Veranda at Groveway project is contingent on the successful award of the low income housing tax credit.
