Item Summary:

The valet parking agreement between the City of Roswell and Patterson Parking, Inc. provides for valet parking Monday through Sunday starting at 5:00 p.m. each day for city spaces on Mimosa Blvd. Extension and East Alley.  The City would receive 60% on net revenue under the agreement.  The term of the agreement is one year with the option to renew for an additional year.

On July 25, 2012 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 30, 2012 Special Called Mayor and Council Agenda.

Financial Impact:

The City of Roswell will receive 60% of the net Valet parking revenue collected each month, due and payable on the 15^th of the month following.
