Background
This application is requesting a façade renovation of an existing (vacant) restaurant building. The building is approximately 3,200 square feet.

Elevations
The elevations show the removal of the existing wood trellis, awnings, goose neck lighting and wall graphic. New lighting will be installed as well as a new relief graphics. Additionally, the applicant will be doing some painting and EIFs detailing.
Applicant will bring color board and material samples to the meeting.

The site is regulated by the city wide design guidelines.

Arborist: Refresh landscaping including, but not limited to, weeding, fertilizing, replacing, pruning, mulching, watering etc. as required to renew appearance of property.
