The applicant is requesting an amendment to the site plan for the corner piece of the master planned property.  The original plan indicated a bank of approximately 2,500 SF.  The proposed plan indicates a medical clinic of approximately 4,500 SF.  A parking variance is also a part of this site plan amendment request.
