Item Summary:
This change order provides a base project design to be completed within the $1.2 million construction funding that was approved in the November 2012 Bond Referendum and will provide for possible add alternates the City has identified. This contract change order will increase the original design contract amount from $273,300 to $322,200.
Committee or Staff Recommendation:
On December 19, 2012 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the January 14, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Budget Amendment BA35042200-01-14-13, will move funds in the amount of $49,000 from the Midtown Streetscape project account, ORG 35042200, OBJ 541415, Project 90002 to the Eves Road project account, ORG 35042200, OBJ 541415, Project 92008. Upon approval, $38,976 will be remaining in the Midtown Streetscape project account.
