Item Summary:
The purpose of this project is to redesign the Community Development front counter and the suite corridor wall to include glass storefront walls to open the area for visitors to have a better experience while conducting business and an improved entryway for citizens.

On December 19, 2012 the Community Development and Transportation Committee recommended placing this Item on the January 14, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
The estimated cost is $49,436.61 ($34,850 for the corridor walls and $14,586.61 for the front counter). Budget Amendment 35015651-01-14-13 will transfer $49,436.61 from Operating Contingency to the City Hall Space Renovations project. Upon approval, $49,436.61 will be available for the Community Development/Ground Floor Entry renovations in Org 35015651, account 541300, project 10002 and $38,023.92 will be remaining in Operating Contingency, Org 10015850, account 579001, project 14005.
