The applicant is requesting to renovate the façade of an existing building.

The renderings show the changes to the existing roofline, including make the roof a uniform height and repainting the top portion of the building red. The applicant also plans to paint a yellow band below the red as well as paint the remainder of the building two tone beige, with the darker color being at the bottom level of the building.
 
Applicant will bring color samples and building materials to the meeting.

The site is regulated by the City Wide Design guidelines.
