Background
The applicant is requesting to develop a site that is currently used for parking. The applicant had a conditional use approval to allow the property to be used as a playground. The site is part of a larger area currently being used as a school.

Landscape Plan Analysis
The landscape plan proposes additions of Red Sunset Maple, Brodie Cedar, Okame Cherry, Nuttall Oak and Green Vase Zelkova as well as other shrubs and ground coverings.
