RFP# 13-129-B was issued for Propane Autogas conversions, infrustructure and fuel for ten (10) F-150 pickup trucks and one response was received from Blossman Gas, Inc. They were the most responsive and responsible responder. Blossman will provide fuel priced as follows:
· BPN Milner, GA Cost (Published each Thursday) - $1.02
· Margin - $0.60
· Transportation Cost per Gallon - $0.05
· Total per Gallon - $1.67

On July 9, 2013 the Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 22, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
A total of $58,700 is currently available in Org 35015000, Object 542200, Project 14006. Upon approval of Budget Amendment 35015000-07-22-13, $3,300 will be transferred from the Capital Project Contingency to the Propane Autogas Conversion project. Allocation of the $3,300 will result in a remaining balance of $16,000 within the Capital Project Contingency.
