Item Summary:
Request for Proposals (RFP) #13-150-C was issued for a Citywide copier lease and service program. The City received seven proposals from the following firms: Toshiba; Georgia Duplicating Products; SA IT Services; MSA Inc.; Konica Minota; Ricoh; and 4Colorlaser. Ricoh's proposal was the most advantageous for the City. The proposed contract will have an intial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend for additional one year periods up to a total of five years.

On July 9, 2013 the Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 22, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Copier lease and copying costs are budgeted as part of the operating budgets of each department and fund.
