Item Summary:
GDOT requires the City to sign a contract authorizing the City to perform the right of way acquisition for this project. GDOT will reimburse the City up to $290,000 for land and improvement costs.

On July 9, 2013 the Administration, Finance, Recreation and Parks Committee recommended placing this Item on the July 22, 2013 Mayor and Council Agenda.
Financial Impact:
Upon approval of BA22142200 07-22-13 funds in the amount of $290,000 will be available in the grant account for this project.
