Elevations
The building will have two front entrances with raised parapets over each as well as metal entrance canopies. There is a brick veneer band across the bottom of the front elevation as well as detail around and above the door. The remainder of the front elevation will be EIFS. This style carries roughly halfway through the side elevations. The rest of the side and rear will be metal siding.
Applicant will bring color samples and building materials to the meeting.
